Some applications for these easy to use lightweight tapes are listed below. There are too many uses to include them all.

- They can be stitched into seams or fused within the body of a garment without adding bulk.
- They are durable, washable and dry cleanable.

Straight Fusible Stabilizing Tape
100% cotton, 3/8" wide, 22 yards per roll. Available in white and black.
Application: Press into place with a steam iron as you would apply fusible interfacing.
- As a roll line tape in tailoring, the straight tape replaces the hand stitched roll line tape. Holds the lapel area snug to the body (eliminate the gaping), prevents the bias roll line area from stretching, and causes the lapel to start its roll.
- Holds bias edges of cardigan jackets and vests snug to the chest.
- Prevents straight bias edges from stretching in v-neck blouses and dresses, cardigan jackets and vests and slanted pockets.
- Stabilizes shoulder seams and zipper areas.Especially useful for applying zippers to knits and to bias seams.
- Stabilizes bias edges in quilting.

Bias Fusible Stabilizing Tape
100% cotton, 3/8" wide, 22 yards per roll. Available in white and black.
Application: Press into place with a steam iron as you would apply fusible interfacing.
- The bias tape is used on curved seams and on straight seams when a little "give" is needed.
- Holds in curved seams, especially great for rounded necklines and armscyes on knits and for slinky knits.
- Stabilizes curved seams: crotch curves, armscyes on jackets and coats.
- Prevent hems on knits and bias cut wovens from rippling.
- Stabilize straight seams where a little give is wanted (shoulder seams on knits).
- To hold in excess fabric: Position the tape over the seam to be shortened. Press the tape at one end, shorten the tape by the amount to be taken in, then press the other end. Distribute the excess fabric under the tape with your fingers and press in place, shrinking the fabric to the tape. Do not stretch the tape.
- For neckline finish on knits: Fuse tape into place at edge of fabric, serge, turn and press well over a ham, then stitch 1/4" to 3/8" from the edge. Tape will be completely concealed.
