To my dear Sewing Friends,
Because of you, your enthusiastic support and your friendship, I've had a very rewarding career of traveling and teaching. Now it's time to make some changes. Those two 70 pound suitcases (plus the carry-ons that piggy-backed behind) just got too heavy to lug around through the airports! I'm not retiring, just staying closer to home. I'll still be writing, finding new techniques, teaching out of my home and hopefully doing some sewing for myself. I'll still be traveling, but only for pleasure (and fabric shopping). My friend, Jennefer Penfold, is expanding her book Fabric and Fashion in Paris and London (see it in my store). I'm going to help her with the research in Europe whenever I get a chance. I will still continue to provide the unique notions through my mail order business. I expect to devote more time to writing construction tips to post on my website. So keep in touch.
I'm keeping the previous information on the website so you can see what they used to say about me.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping to make my life such a happy one!
Gratefully yours, Judy
